New York Subway Design
At Bathtime Bathrooms, we enjoy creating a bathroom that complements your home’s design. This 1940’s upstairs apartment needed a bathroom renovation that maintained the overall décor of the home and made the most of a compact space. We achieved a New York Subway look using a Classic White 100mm x 200mm tile with black grouting on the walls teamed with Gun Grey 600mm x 600mm floor tiles. Phoenix tapware, shower fittings and towel rails in black match the clean lines of the overall design. The custom-made vanity includes a cupboard designed to conceal the washer allowing the family to combine their laundry and bathroom with efficiency and style. An Art Deco door leads to a separate toilet. The crisp, striking lines and glass shower screen create a sense of space. Their bathroom is now a room the whole family enjoys.
Warehouse style bathroom
A bathroom that makes a bold statement with all the modern comforts created by Bathtime Bathrooms. The perfect bathroom for a warehouse conversion. Rectified Italian 600mm x 600mm Indigo tiles splash across the floor and up the walls to form the backdrop to this warehouse-style bathroom. The custom-made vanity unit features warm chestnut timber with a Carrara marble benchtop. A recess in the shower wall makes a great storage space for bottles of lotions and potions, and a glass screen divides the areas of the room without interrupting the overall spacious appearance. Tapware and fixtures in bright metal are perfect for the overall style. A luxurious bath, floor heating and LED lighting add creature comforts that make this room a pleasure to use.
Upstairs Ensuite and Main Bathroom Redesign
Black Phoenix tapware, hand rails, shower fittings, the baths and vanity units are exclusive to Reece Plumbing Australia, and make a bold statement in these two spaces. Bathtime Bathrooms understood that this customer was looking to luxuriate. The family bathroom includes a full-size bathtub, giant showerhead, double hand-basin and mirror-faced recessed storage above the vanity. The upstairs ensuite features the same patterns and colours of tiles, yet the smaller space is still luxurious and spacious. A variety of tile sizes in soft cream colours outline the specific areas of each room, creating a feature above the vanity units and wall recesses next to each bathtub. Glass screens ensure there is no interruption of view leaving the rooms feeling uncluttered.
A space with sparkle
How do you fit all the luxury and practicality into a limited bathroom space? Apply premium solutions that make the most of the available room! Using careful design and space-conscious installation, Bathtime Bathrooms transformed this family bathroom into a dream room where everyone’s needs are met with style. Using a drop-in bath, glass screens, walk-in shower base and wall-mounted toilet, we created separate areas that flow from one to another. The vanity unit features a stylish hand basin and silver tapware adds a shine to the room. Mosaic tiles give a splash of colour above the vanity unit and the mirrored storage cupboards give plenty of room to capture family smiles. Great usage of light from the window at the end of the room, which reflects off the shiny surface of the wall tiles, the glass petition and vanity mirrors makes this bathroom feel clean and bright. The towel rail is conveniently positioned above an existing heating vent to keep towels soft and fluffy. There’s even room for a chandelier adding character and a stylish finish to the room.
Efficiency = Savings
Bathtime Bathrooms was asked to give this upstairs ensuite and family bathroom a much-needed restyle to add a refreshing feel to both rooms. We offer this kind of project as a package deal. Refurbishing the bathrooms together saves us time and we pass the saving on to our customers.
A warm welcome now awaits the family with beautiful full gloss, 600mm x 600mm tiles in cream with a soft marble effect. The mottled, marbled tiles are complimented by the white vanity units, window shutters, hand basins, and toilets. The silver towel rails, tapware and fittings add extra sparkle.
The family bathroom has double hand basins, glass shower screen and silver tapware. The shower alcove was created using specialized wrap-around acrylic sheeting. The shower head features dual fittings for overhead and hand-held use. The ensuite boasts a spa, single hand basin and the same use of glass and silver to keep the room feeling light and bright.
Making sure they enjoy using the bathroom in all seasons, the family got us to install a wall-mounted, heated towel rail, mirrors that defrost themselves and floor heating so their feet don’t get cold in the mornings.
Space enhancing features include wall mounted cupboards under the vanity, use of the same tiles on the floor and walls and lighting that makes shaving and applying make up a dream.
These bathrooms are set to serve the family for a long time.
Taking care of specialized needs
This bathroom needed to be remodeled to meet disability standards. Family bathrooms can be difficult to maneuver when someone has limited mobility. Along with standard handrails, we fitted a special wall-mounted toilet, a walk-in shower base and taps that can be turned with ease. Just because a bathroom is designed to improve access, doesn’t mean it has to look dull and uninteresting. Bathtime Bathrooms installed classic white wall tiles complimented by Sahara 600mm x 300mm floor tiles. A Timberline wall-mounted vanity unit matches the colour of the floor tiles. Other safety-focused features include:
The result is a safe bathroom which is pleasant and easy to use.
Creating a beautiful Hampton’s style bathroom
Bathtime Bathrooms helped these customers create an oasis in their home where they can relax and pamper themselves amidst the style and lavishness of the Hampton’s. The bathroom is quite large so there was plenty of opportunity to be creative and add all the features they desired. The home is solid brick, so the walls of the bathroom needed to be plastered before adding the tiling. Beautiful Sahara 600mm x 600mm tiles set the colour palette. Matching floor and wall tiles add to the feeling of extravagance. The floor-standing bathtub welcomes them to relax and soak away the worries of their day. The glass shower screen gives an uninterrupted view of the beautiful tiles, bathroom vanity and bathtub. Shuttered windows provide privacy while adding to the overall style of the room. In contrast, the sharp corners of the tapware, fitting and fixtures blend well with the curves of the bathtub. Dual lighting features such as the lights above the vanity unit and ceiling downlights ensure this bathroom is shown in the very best light. The relaxed, classic style of the Hamptons brings their bathroom to life.
Sometimes simple touches work wonders
This home renovation was designed with Morocco in mind. In the bathroom, beautiful hand-made tiles around the bathtub and above the custom-made vanity add a touch of North Africa. They blend perfectly with the Caesar stone top of the unit. Even the curve of the tapware has a hint of Aladdin’s Lamp! The dark timber of the drawers feature the perfect handles, repeating the Moroccan-style pattern. Modern features of the shower screen, towel racks and shower fittings contrast well. In the lounge, the gentle African colours surround the new heating system create a stunning feature. The kitchen required a refresh and again, the soft, sandy colours contrast well with the overhead storage and the new benchtop and cupboards. The splash back really adds a shine to the whole look. These simple touches revised the areas of the house that had become lack-lustre. Their love of all things Moroccan is reflected throughout the home and adds a relaxed, enriching feel.
Quality shines through
At Bathtime Bathrooms, we tailor your renovation to suit you and your family. The folks at this home were all quite tall so we needed to make sure their bathroom and ensuite fittings catered for their height. The shower head, benches and hand basins were raised to help the family members use them with ease. Both rooms feature a blend of engineering excellence and soft colours. Methven tapware, fittings and fixtures add strength and flair to the rooms. The marbled tiles bring splashes of soft colour to the walls and floor. The mosaic tile feature adds a dramatic band of colour that also demonstrates precision and style. The Timberline wall-hung vanity and shaving cabinet units are topped with designer hand basins. The main bathroom has a matching bathtub with squared edges making it an interesting and unusual feature. Mirrors and glass reflect light adding to the functional design.
Style can be black and white
Time for the ensuite to be updated and this couple chose a black and white theme. The matte finish of the tapware and shower fittings contrast with the shine and gleam of the tiles, hand basins and bathtub.
The renovation required the removal of a small window, replaced by a larger version to add more light to the room. Textured feature tiles surrounding the vanity unit add another simple change that adds interest. The shower niche is outlined in black and the black shower head add a dramatic effect.
The ensuite now includes a double vanity, wall mounted toilet, a new floor-mounted bath as well as charcoal floor tiles. The bathroom is now a dazzling feature of the home.
Adding posh features
This is an older bathroom that needed a real spruce up. Reece Plumbing Australia’s Posh tapware and wall-mounted vanity unit shine through in this bathroom renovation. Italian Tortonia Gris 450mm x 900mm wall and floor tiles certainly make the room look very smart. Two recessed niches keep lotions and shampoos on hand in the fully tiled, walk-in shower. Other smart features include the water drainage from the shower and LED lighting in the vanity drawers. A conveniently located, wall-mounted tallboy cupboard adds storage shelves and a full-length mirror on the door. The smooth lines of the hand basin add style to the modern, streamline vanity. The project included adding a toilet to the room and installing a new Stegbar window to improve light levels. This bathroom with its smooth lines, advanced fittings and quality tiles really does look very posh.
An ensuite update
When it comes to adding a touch of flair when renovating your bathroom, you can’t go past fine Italian tapware by Zucchetti. The fittings perfectly match the vanity unit supplied by Reece Plumbing Australia, Perfectly white 600mm x 300mm wall tiles stand in brilliant contrast to the 600mm x 600mm dark grey floor tiles. This ensuite exudes glitz, glamour and glassware and is the delight of the family who asked Bathtime Bathrooms to redesign and renovate it for them. Smart, modern features such as the wall mounted toilet, glamorous hand basin on top of a stylish vanity unit that has space for everything. The fully tiled shower includes a recessed niche and stunning glass walls.
A stunning development
The kids have finally moved out and this couple wanted to create the bathroom they’d always dreamed of. The result is stunning. The splashes of colour in the 450mm x 900mm Spanish wall tiles are reflected in the glass shower walls and mirrored recessed wall cabinets. To add even more stunning effects, the fittings such as towel rails are curved and perfectly match the quality Italian Webert tapware. This bathroom demonstrates a fabulous blend of colours. The floor tiles pick out the charcoal grey from the wall tiles and add an excellent contrast. The vanity unit and hand basin add the crispness of white. Dual hand basins finish the vanity unit perfectly. We replaced the old window with glass bricks, took out the bathtub and put in a walk-in shower, everything to spoil Mum and Dad. At Bathtime Bathrooms we work with the plans and dreams you have for your renovation and turn them into reality.
Custom-made for nurturing
This ensuite renovation is truly tailored around our customer’s desire for quality. Italian tapware sparkles throughout the room. The double hand basins grace the top of a custom-made vanity unit. The screen on the on the walk-in shower was custom designed and made as well. The modern footed bathtub is truly stunning and is in keeping with the other unique features in this lavish bathroom. Victorian Albert tiles complete the décor bringing just a touch of colour, which helps to highlight the crisp, clean, white fittings. The taps are a work of art and demonstrate their passion for design and engineering excellence. At Bathtime Bathrooms we can make your renovation an expression of your unique personality and style.
Upstairs redesign
The kids were delighted when their upstairs bathroom was transformed into this beauty. We replaced the old bath with a boat-shaped floor bathtub. The shower now contains a handy niche for their bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soaps.
Double hand basins are designed to reduce arguments about “my turn” and “my space”. The stylish toilet stand proudly amidst the light charcoal wall tiles and features a hidden cistern with big, chunky buttons. Even the vanity unit drawers can be divided equally to store individual treasures, potions and towels.
We’re not sure if the kids completely appreciate the quality and style of the tapware, towel rail and other fittings but they certainly finish this bathroom off perfectly.
This bathroom is built to deal with the busy lifestyle of a family and the style will last for years to come.
Creating spaces
An apartment bathroom in the CBD may not have much room to work with but storage space is definitely needed! This renovation helped the family to find more storage capacity and add a touch of glamour to their bathroom. Once a nightclub, the building has been developed into apartments and we had the job of refreshing the bathroom. It was a challenge we were happy to take on! The floor mounted toilet is tucked in beside the vanity unit and wall-mounted, recessed mirror. Having the cistern hidden inside the wall helps to free up floor space. Open the doors on the vanity and mirror and you find plenty of shelving for knick-knacks and grooming products. We added wooden shelves to a recess in the wall to provide oodles of room for towels and other bathroom supplies. While the focus is on white, the room has a featured tile that adds texture and interest to the walls. Glass screens on the walk-in shower enhance the impression of space by reflecting the light and not blocking the view. The result is a bright, functional bathroom that was a delight for Bathtime Bathrooms to create.
Classic character and style
Here is a main bathroom renovation that reflects the character of the family and fits into its rural environment with style. We love the special features our customers wanted to add to their special room. Created in French Provincial style, the bathroom features a marble-topped vanity unit with traditional, recessed hand basin. We placed the free-standing bathtub right next to the full-length window so family members could relax while watching nature. The English tapware is classic to this style and required precision installation. Our attention to detail included installing porcelain handles on the taps and bath handheld shower. The vanity unit has French Provincial doors featuring a classic layout of drawers and cupboard doors. The white vanity and bathtub contrast beautifully with the charcoal shades of the 600mm x 600mm wall and floor tiles. The real gem is the harlequin-styled, mosaic tiled shower niche. A unique way of decorating a practical space. A mixture of modern convenience and classic style, this bathroom adds wonderful character to this home.
Something a little different.
Renovating an existing 1980’s bathroom meant retaining the original floor plan. With careful attention to a new decor, we successfully transformed the room. We added some dramatic features with the selection of tiles with a waved pattern and Black Phoenix tap fittings. Special feature was the addition of three niches to store knick-knacks. Two niches are above the bathtub and one on the wall, which includes a mirror backing. The The end result was exactly what our customer wanted.
“We decided to renovate our bathroom ourselves but ran into a problem. It is the original 1984 design and we couldn’t find tiles that matched the décor. Space was also limited because we had to use the same footprint.
There was a blank wall opposite the shower recess that needed something. We wanted to put a niche into the wall and above the bath. We spoke to other tradespeople who all told us that it couldn’t be done.
Luckily, I spoke to Tony from Bathtime Bathrooms and met with Wayne soon after. Wayne listened to me calmly and understood what we wanted straight away. He also suggested a change in colours so it was easier to accessorise the room.
The result is perfect. We love the new décor, fittings and taps. The niches give us a place to store knick-knacks and the one on the wall has a mirror inside so you can see the back of your head!
Tony, Wayne and the team were very versatile. All the Bathtime Bathrooms’ tradespeople listened, checked our plan and got to work. They were professional, did a great job and cleaned up afterward.
We are really happy with each tradesperson’s work. Nothing was a hassle for them. They worked as a team. If a task wasn’t their expertise, they passed it onto the tradie that was the best at the role.
Most importantly, you can tell that every member of the team is proud of their workmanship and respect each other. It made us feel confident that we had the right people for our renovation and we love the end result.”
